Christmas Ornaments!

I thought I would share a few of the ornaments I made the other day. My tree was lacking in the ornament department, so I used the rest of my die cuts. I embossed them and added some pearls and mistletoe accessories. I love this idea! Merry Christmas!!!

Happy Easter!

Hi Everyone! Hope you are gearing up for some beautiful weather and a fun-filled Easter weekend! I thought I would share something I made today. I made homemade playdough for Ainsley and some of her cousins for Easter. I just threw on a little saying to go with it. Nothing too special. The recipe is great. It's cooked playdough, so it can be a little messy. It's 4 cups flour, 1 cup salt, small packet of cream of tarter, 1 tbsp. oil, 4 cups water. Mix all together and cook slowly until it thickens. Make sure you watch that it doesn't burn the bottom of your pan, but cook it until it is the consistency of regular playdough for sure. You don't want it sticky. Hope you have a wonderful Easter!

Thinking of You Card

Here's a simple card I made from an idea in the Wishes book. I love the Veranda papers and colors!

Cards and Box

We made a box like this at our recent club meeting. They are adorable! You can use them as a photo/memory keeper or a card holder box. I paired mine with some Thank You and Birthday cards. For more information check out www.stamptv.com. There is an instructional video and a template under the freebies section.

Easter Egg Side-Step Card

I found a great card that you can make with just a paper trimmer and a bone folder. We are going to make this at our club meeting in February! Yah!!! Here are the quick directions:
1) Cut your card dimensions 5 1/2 x 8 1/2. Place vertically in your personal trimmer at 2 inches.
2) Cut a slit from 2 1/8" to 7 1/2".
3) Take out of the trimmer and turn horizontally.
4) Start scoring! Start from the top of the slit only. Score at 2 1/8".
5) Score the entire card at 4 1/4".
6) Score from the top of the slit at 5 3/8.
7) Score from the top to the slit at 6 1/2" and 7 1/2".

For complete directions and photos check out the site:

Black & White Christmas

Some of my photos just didn't have the right lighting or have great color. I decided to print them in black and white instead and build a layout around them. I've done so many layouts for Christmas that were red and green, that it was really exciting to use something totally different.

Frosty Scrapbook Layout

This is a recent scrapbook layout that I made of our snowman photos. I used some liquid applique and some prisma glitter to dress it up a bit! Happy Scrapping!
With Valentine's Day fast approaching, I decided to make some of these bear cards at our recent scrapbook club. I hope you enjoyed making them ladies! I had a great time!

Simple Card

Every wonder what you can make with just some cardstock, a pretty stamp and some ribbon? Here's just a simple idea for a Wishing You Well card that I made the other day. You can make pretty cards with just a few accessories too! :-)
