Here are a couple of Christmas layouts I did last week. I'm trying to get ahead. I know I'll be taking a lot of pictures! Happy Scrapping!!
I also forgot to share the link to the present card in the last post. If you check out this site, you can get directions. It's so cute! Someone suggested making a birthday card with the pattern too. Great idea!

Happy Easter!
Hi Everyone! Hope you are gearing up for some beautiful weather and a fun-filled Easter weekend! I thought I would share something I made today. I made homemade playdough for Ainsley and some of her cousins for Easter. I just threw on a little saying to go with it. Nothing too special. The recipe is great. It's cooked playdough, so it can be a little messy. It's 4 cups flour, 1 cup salt, small packet of cream of tarter, 1 tbsp. oil, 4 cups water. Mix all together and cook slowly until it thickens. Make sure you watch that it doesn't burn the bottom of your pan, but cook it until it is the consistency of regular playdough for sure. You don't want it sticky. Hope you have a wonderful Easter!

Cards and Box
We made a box like this at our recent club meeting. They are adorable! You can use them as a photo/memory keeper or a card holder box. I paired mine with some Thank You and Birthday cards. For more information check out www.stamptv.com. There is an instructional video and a template under the freebies section.

Happy Spring Layout
Hi Everyone!
I thought I would share a layout I just finished. The Spring Idea Book has so many adorable Spring stamps. I used the new Springtime stamp (D1415). I love the little umbrella and boots! Hope you are enjoying the warmer weather. We took Ainsley to the playground to play two times this week! I love to get a taste of an early Spring!

More Scrapping!!
Happy Scrapping!
Hi Everyone!
I have been taking part in a weekly scrapbook challenge with some other Close to My Heart consultants. One of the other girls picks a layout from one of the how-to books and we make our layout with any paper and pictures. This is the one I did this week. It's from the Imagine Book on page 96. I thought I would share! Hope you are finding the time to scrapbook and relax! I hope you teachers out there have a wonderful vacation! :-)

Happy Valentine's Day!
Happy Valentine's Day Everyone! I hope you had a wonderful day. Nick and I enjoyed a great date night last night. Thanks Mom & Dad! I also had a great time with my scrapbooking ladies yesterday. This is the layout we made. I haven't put my pictures on it yet. I need to find some good ones of Nick and Ainsley. :-)

Easter Egg Side-Step Card
I found a great card that you can make with just a paper trimmer and a bone folder. We are going to make this at our club meeting in February! Yah!!! Here are the quick directions:
1) Cut your card dimensions 5 1/2 x 8 1/2. Place vertically in your personal trimmer at 2 inches.
2) Cut a slit from 2 1/8" to 7 1/2".
3) Take out of the trimmer and turn horizontally.
4) Start scoring! Start from the top of the slit only. Score at 2 1/8".
5) Score the entire card at 4 1/4".
6) Score from the top of the slit at 5 3/8.
7) Score from the top to the slit at 6 1/2" and 7 1/2".
